Aeroflex ProTape is a 2" wide self-adhering EPDM rubber tape. ProTape is the same tape that is used by Aeroflex to make it's signature SSPT Aerocel rubber pipe insulation. SSPT stands for Stay-Seal with ProTape and includes a strip of ProTape running the 6ft length of pipe insulation for final closure. Aeroflex ProTape EPDM adhesive tape is commonly used as a vapor-sealing closure on glued seams of Aerocel tubing allowing zero-permeability. This EPDM rubber tape is 2" wide and 82 feet long.
